In 1998, we created CampusRent, a rental property locator for college and university students nationwide.
2000: After 5 years of research and development, we created the ultimate rental property locator and college housing site on the web listing over 1000 schools.
2002: We added a new friendly property search and launched some sister sites.
2003: We went over 1800 schools in the CampusRent system.
February 10, 2004 - We now offer a new Fixed FEE program, one price, no commissions.

March 30, 2011 - We launched our new facebook page!
April 18, 2011 - After much thought and consideration we have created a whole new design for CampusRent. With more levels of navigation.
April 20, 2011 - We have added a lot of small and community colleges to CampusRent.
May 4, 2011 - The new completely redesigned CampusRent website is launched!
